Tech Hub Fiji Refund, Warranty, and Payment Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at techhub.fj@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
1. General Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are strictly not permitted.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to approval and inspection.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns at Tech Hub Fiji’s discretion.

2. iPhone-Specific Policy
(All our Iphones are Grade A refurbished Models)
Refunds & Returns for iPhones
Given the premium nature of Apple iPhones, Tech Hub Fiji enforces a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy on iPhones once purchased. Customers are encouraged to inspect and verify their device before leaving the store or upon delivery. No exceptions will be made for returns based on buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction.
Free Software Warranty for iPhones
Tech Hub Fiji provides a limited free software warranty for iPhones, as follows:

iPhone X and newer models: 1-year software warranty from the date of purchase.

iPhone models older than X: 60-day software warranty from the date of purchase.
Covered under Software Warranty:

Not Covered under Software Warranty:

Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, liquid damage, faulty buttons)

Battery degradation, charging issues, and connectivity problems

Speaker, microphone, camera, or Face ID failures
AppleCare+ for Hardware Issues

Hardware-related concerns fall under AppleCare+, which is a paid service provided directly by Apple.

Customers wishing to secure hardware protection should purchase AppleCare+ either at the time of purchase or within Apple’s eligibility window.

Tech Hub Fiji assumes no liability for any hardware malfunctions outside the software warranty scope.
iPhone Payment & Collection Policy

Any iPhone order with an unpaid balance after 5 working days from its arrival will be reallocated to the next waiting customer, and the original order will be reprocessed at the discretion of Tech Hub Fiji.

Any iPhone not fully paid for within 30 days of arrival will be considered abandoned and sold to another customer to recover associated costs. No refunds or reinstatement of orders will be provided.

Any iPhone submitted for repairs and not picked up, responded to via email, or followed up on within 30 days of submission will be deemed abandoned and resold to cover handling and storage costs.

Promotional freebies included with iPhone purchases must be claimed within 30 days of arrival. Any uncollected items will be forfeited without compensation.

3. Warranty & Repairs for Other Products

Most electronic products carry a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 12 months (terms vary by product and brand).

Warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes physical damage, mishandling, or accidental damage.

Customers seeking warranty claims must present a valid proof of purchase and will be assisted in processing claims directly with the manufacturer.

Repair turnaround times vary based on manufacturer service center response times. Tech Hub Fiji is not liable for delays caused by external repair vendors.
4. Process for Returns, Warranty Claims & Dispute Resolution

Product Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to determine eligibility for a refund, exchange, or repair.

Resolution Process: If the request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, while warranty claims will be forwarded to the manufacturer.

Final Decision: Tech Hub Fiji reserves the right to approve or deny any refund, exchange, or warranty request based on its terms and conditions.
