Despite being promised delivery within two weeks upon full payment, my iPhone package took over a month to arrive.

Throughout this time, I had to repeatedly follow up for updates—Tech Hub failed to send any notifications or emails out of courtesy. I was only informed of the package’s arrival on the day it came in after I had emailed them, and to my disappointment, it included just the earphones.
I was not notified remaining items from the advertised “mega package or freebies” would arrive later, which left me wondering how partial delivery was even acceptable, especially after making full payment.

Very disappointed i would say.

I was only informed of the package’s arrival on the day it came in after I had emailed them, and to my disappointment, it included just the screen protector and earphones. I was told the remaining items from the advertised “mega package or freebies” would arrive later, which left me wondering how partial delivery was even acceptable, especially after making full payment.

Upon collecting the iphone, the staff at the counter assured us a screen protector had already been applied.

But when I opened the box at home, there was none. I called back to clarify, and they insisted it was installed—an outright lie. The lack of professionalism, especially from the female staff at the counter,was disheartening and left a lasting negative impression.

To make matters worse, the earphones included in the package didn’t even work with my iPhone, though oddly, they did with other iPhone models. This entire experience felt misleading and frustrating, from poor communication to broken promises.

Based on this, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tech Hub to others.

I received my iPhone and I really loved it. All the freebies that was promised was delivered to me on time. Really appreciate the quality service the staffs provide and very polite.

Got my iPhone and loved it. The freebies are so reasonable. The staff were very friendly however I was a bit disappointed given that I wasn’t update soon enough on expected delays until I asked for a follow up several times. Still waiting for my screen protector but overall it was lovely and I’m glad I trusted them
