      Unfulfilled Promises

      I purchased an iPhone 12 with advertised freebies and paid extra for delivery , yet the delivery was delayed beyond the promised timeframe. I had to personally follow up and pick up my order, only to find some freebies out of stock. I was then made to visit another location to collect missing items, and after three weeks, Iā€™m still waiting for the promised adapter. When I inquired, the response from management was dismissive, stating I should just wait since itā€™s a ā€œfreebie.ā€ This experience has been frustrating and far from the smooth service they advertised.
