5 for customer service, 3 for keyboard.

The process from purchase to delivery was completed in a timely manner and customer care was nice enough to keep in touch and check if the order had been delivered, I had no complaints.

However, the keyboard is not compatible with iMac (Mac products) and most of the keys are useless. This disallows me from using key shortcuts I had otherwise gotten used to. Otherwise, the keyboard looks aesthetic. The sound and feel of the keys is also satisfactory.

My suggestion, although perhaps unwanted, would be to invest in more keyboard brands/types (specifically aesthetic ones) which are also compatible with Apple products as well as windows. There might be a lot of individuals in Fiji who have a hobby of aesthetic desk setups. ^^
